New Business Manager, Hybrid + European Travel
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology platform that’s redefining how global brands connect and operate at major trade shows.
We’re looking for a New Business Manager to help build the client base and drive adoption amongst leading international exhibitors. You’ll represent the business at major UK and European events — connecting with decision-makers, introducing them to the platform, and building long-term relationships that shape future growth.
This role combines research, strategy, and on-the-ground engagement, perfect for someone who enjoys people, travel, and seeing business happen in real time.

What you’ll do
- Research and identify target companies exhibiting at major trade shows
- Visit exhibitor booths to engage decision-makers and secure sign-ups
- Represent the platform at both UK and European events
- Use a consultative, relationship-led approach to developing new business
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute ideas in weekly strategy sessions
- Take initiative and work independently once confident in the role
What we’re looking for
- Confident, personable communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction
- Comfortable travelling regularly across the UK and Europe
- Naturally proactive, curious, and commercially minded
- Previous experience in new business, partnerships, or event-related roles is a plus
The setup
- Flexible working – typically 1–2 days a week in the office, the rest onsite or remote
- All travel, accommodation, and business costs covered
- Daily food and drink allowance while on the road
- MacBook and iPad provided
