We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a globally renowned and award–winning interiors consultancy that leads the way in innovation within the hospitality sector. They are seeking a part time Office Manager to join their talented and friendly team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the studio operates smoothly, supporting a team of designers, and maintaining an efficient and well–organized environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing general office duties.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and managing diaries.
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in a creative industry is preferred.
This is a part–time, office–based role. requiring someone to work 3 days per week.
