Midweight FF&E Designer (Yacht/Residential)

A renowned, internationally acclaimed interior design and architecture studio based in London is seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join its dynamic team. Known for delivering refined, high-end yacht and residenial interiors, this studio offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the most sophisticated and innovative projects in the industry.

In this role, you’ll be invovled across the full FF&E process, from initial concept development through to on-site installation. You’ll be responsible for creating cohesive furniture, materials and finishes schemes, coordinating closely with suppliers and manufacturers, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the highest standard of quality and delivery throughout each phase of the project.

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end FF&E design process across multiple luxury yacht projects, developing and presenting complete FF&E concepts that include mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections and bespoke finishes. You’ll manage project budgets, schedules and procurement timelines while working closely with suppliers, manufacturers and internal design teams to ensure the original design intent is maintained to the highest standard.

You’ll also be responsible for producing detailed specifications and overseeing FF&E documentation through to installation, ensuring that every element is carefully considered and delivered with exceptional attention to detail. A strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, bespoke furniture and the technical requirements of yacht interiors will be highly valued.

We’re looking for someone with experience in luxury yacht, residential or hotel interiors, with a proven track record in a specialised FF&E role. You’ll have a strong conceptual and aesthetic sensibility, an exceptional eye for materials and finishes, and excellent organisational and project management skills. You should also be a confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and build strong, professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
