A leading provider of large–format graphics in Hertfordshire is looking for a Project Administrator to join their busy design studio. In this role, you‘ll work closely with project and account management teams to provide vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth delivery of creative graphics projects. The role is office–based and offers free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Ensure all project documents are completed, approved, and properly filed.
- Permits and Passes: Apply for and manage permits and passes for the installation teams.
- Project Support: Provide general admin support, assisting with project tracking and day–to–day operations.
- Process Improvement: Help maintain project protocols and assist in implementing new systems to improve efficiency.
What We‘re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a design studio, architectural practice, or print industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to start quickly and work in a fast–paced environment.
