We are working with a London–based Interior design agency to help find them a Purchase Ledger Manager for a 6–week freelance/contract booking over the summer, starting late in July. The role will be based full time in the client‘s London office.
The role will be responsible for the financial recording and monitoring of all the agency‘s purchasing activity;
- Processing supplier invoices, allocating them to appropriate projects and accurately recording project expenses
- Recording, controlling and reconciling petty cash
- Reconciling credit card spend
- Posting all invoices and payments on Sage.
- Keeping track of all project spending and ensuring accurate data entry into all the databases
- Issue supplier payments
Applicants must have a solid Purchase Ledger background, ideally from within a creative agency/company environment, be fluent in Sage and Excel and have a full understanding of accounts processes.
