An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic creative agency specialising in the development of innovative retail spaces and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background working within retail design or marketing studios, specifically in creating impactful retail experiences and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on a day–to–day basis.
- Collaborate with clients to understand briefs, develop strategies, and contribute to creative planning.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring that campaigns meet client expectations and add value.
- Facilitate client briefings and oversee the entire creative process, from briefing to execution.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a Retail Design Studio or working on Retail Marketing Campaigns.
- Prior experience managing retail clients, with a preference for those in the Fashion or Sports sectors.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on strategic development and creative solutions.
Working Arrangements:
This role offers a hybrid working model, with flexibility to work from home and attend in–person meetings at the Manchester city office as needed.
