Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for your next challenge? Our client, a dynamic events company, is seeking a detail–oriented professional to manage financial records and support their finance team. Ideally, you will come from a creative environment already.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase and sales ledger invoices (Procim & Xero)
- Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations across multiple companies
- Manage team expenses and process payment runs
- Assist with VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and pension submissions
- Support budgeting, reporting, and month/year–end processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
What We‘re Looking For:
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Xero and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Understanding of UK financial regulations is a plus
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
This is a hybrid working opportunity, where you will be expected to be in the office 1 day per week (Wednesday‘s.)
