We are looking for a talented Mid–Level Interior Designer with a comprehensive background in high–end hospitality design and a good understanding of FF&E to join our clients dynamic team. They are a London based consultancy that produces timeless and contemporary spaces crafted with elegant European flair, working within the hospitality and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts, including mood boards, reference materials, and initial 2D/3D sketches.
• Create design documentation from concept through to the construction phase. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
• Develop detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, architectural and joinery details, and schedules for finishes, ironmongery, and sanitaryware.
• Support the construction administration process by reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
• Conduct research on pricing, sourcing, and lead times to inform design decisions.
• Apply a deep understanding of hospitality design standards, codes, and operational requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in high–end hospitality interior design, including hotel suites, food & beverage spaces, lobbies, and amenity areas. Experience in residential design is a plus.
• A background in reputable, high–end interior design firms.
• Expertise in designing bespoke joinery and interior architectural details.
• Familiarity with fabricators of custom furniture, lighting, and joinery.

Full time office based.
