An excellent permanent opportunity is available with a reputable interior design studio based in central London, that specialises in creating meticulously crafted, high–end hospitality environments both in the UK and internationally. Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Technical/CAD Designer to join their team during an important phase of business expansion.

This role will see you;

Manage and work within a close–knit team, planning, organising, and managing drawing packs for clients and external consultants.

Provide guidance in technical drawings and direction to the team to ensure operational and technical excellence in each document that is delivered.

Develop, implement, and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet project design needs. Be able to manage all CAD information in–house.

Coordinate, making sure the work development in line with the design team to ensure that the workload is always manageable and that reasonable programming requests are met.

Create draw packs on behalf of design team, support design team. Be able to set up drawings form concept and implement/develop design.

Maintain contact with clients and external consultants for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.

Maintain documentation records generated and sent to the clients of the information and the different packs delivered.

Ensure project documentation are in compliance with the standards set forth by the project delivery board.

High proficiency in AutoCAD is required, as is previous experience within F&B and/or hotel design.

4 days studio based, 1 day WFH with an early finish on Fridays.
