We are thrilled to offer a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior Furniture Designer to join a renowned, international interior design studio with offices in central London and New York City. This studio is celebrated for crafting contemporary, liveable interiors with a distinctive, eclectic European flair. Their portfolio spans residential, hospitality, restaurants, and bars, and they are currently expanding their bespoke furniture collection.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborating closely with the FF&E team, interior design team, and procurement team to create and deliver bespoke furniture and lighting designs for residential projects.

– Responsible for modelling and visualizing concepts, creating presentations, and developing timelines and schedules.

– Managing resources, time, budget, and overseeing project management for a team of three designers, primarily focused on hospitality projects.

– Reporting to the creative director regarding bespoke projects.

Experience must have:

– Experience in both hospitality and residential projects.

– Proven ability to manage teams and oversee projects.

– Understanding of the manufacturing process and the technical aspects of production.

– Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe, Excel, SketchUp, and various 3D modelling programs such as 3DS Max or Cinema 4D.
