We‘re looking for a Senior Interior Designer who not only brings technical skill and creative excellence, but who also embodies a deep passion for design, art, and beauty.

As a Senior Designer, you will take a lead role in shaping exceptional interiors–from the spark of concept through to project completion. You‘ll work closely with the Creative Director and CEO, and oversee multiple projects across scales.

What You‘ll Be Doing:

• Lead projects end–to–end, from concept development to completion, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful design process.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, architects, and consultants to coordinate complex deliverables.
• Set and manage key project milestones and oversee the production of high–quality design documentation.
• Mentor and lead a team of designers across junior to senior levels, promoting excellence and creative growth.
• Represent the business with confidence and professionalism in all client, contractor, and supplier interactions.

What We‘re Looking For:

• A proven track record in leading interior design projects, specifically in hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
• A deep, personal passion for design, art, materiality, and sensory experience.
• Up–to–date knowledge of design trends, innovative materials, and suppliers.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and foster a collaborative studio culture.
• Curiosity and cultural awareness, demonstrated through knowledge of emerging spaces, developments, and F&B concepts aligned with the studios strategic vision.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
