We have an excellent permanent opportunity to join a leading London–based interiors studio, renowned for its exceptional work in the hospitality design sector. The studio has a strong global reputation for delivering high–end, contemporary hotel, restaurant, and bar projects. As a well–established and innovative design studio, they are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to become an integral part of their team.
As Senior Designer, you will lead multiple design projects from the initial concept phase to final delivery, ensuring that timelines and project goals are consistently met. You will coordinate and manage design teams, whilst being hands–on involved in producing detailed conceptual and technical design documentation. Additionally, you will oversee the on–site execution of projects to ensure that the design integrity is maintained throughout the process.
Collaboration with clients will be key, as you will work closely with them to understand their vision and requirements.
To be considered for this role, you should have proven experience in luxury hospitality design, with a particular focus on designing and delivering hotel projects. Your ability to mentor and guide junior staff will be important, as will your excellent client–facing, communication, and project management skills.
A keen attention to detail and a passion for producing high–quality, innovative designs will be essential. You should be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast–paced environment.
